The Culture of Chinese Noodles Festival has published its list of the Top 10 Chinese noodles, in terms of popularity, on July 7, and Shanxi’s sliced noodles made the list.
Shanxi had some tough competition because the list is serious, covering a range of famous dishes from all over China, including Wuhan's hot noodles, Beijing noodles, Shanxi's sliced noodles, Henan's Xiaoji stewed noodles, Lanzhou's ramen, Hangzhou's special Pian er chuan, Kunshan'Aozao noodles, Zhenjiang's pot cover noodles, Sichuan's spicy dandan noodles, and Jilin's Yanji cold noodles.
