The 24th Grand Scholar Tree Culture Festival will kick off on March 29, in Hongtong county, Shanxi province, and it will last for ten days. An ancestor worshipping grand ceremony will be held in the ancestor worship square during the Qing Ming Festival.
The culture festival, themed "Wisdom, Civilization, Virtues and Innovation", will organize a series of folk culture activities.
The highlights of the event will be the opening ceremony and traditional ancestor worship activities.
