Shanxi's pavilion at the 11st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) has received more than 80,000 visitors at the opening day on May 14.
The province has five categories of exhibits at this event, including traditional artworks, cultural products and modern technological products. The Integration of culture, technology and creativity was featured in the province's exhibits and projects displayed at this fair.
In the past year, Shanxi has enacted measures concerning preferential policies, capital and talent cultivation, to prop up the province's cultural industries. It has implemented preferential policies to support state-owned art producers' reform. In the same year, two investment funds were set up to finance these industries. New cultural companies and projects emerged in the province thanks to these new measures.
This year's China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair will last for five days, with 2,286 teams of governments, enterprises and organizations taking part.
