A direct chartered flight between Taiyuan, capital of North China’s Shanxi province to the city of Danang in Vietnam made its first flight on August 1, with 181 passengers on board.
Begining in August, the chartered airplane will make regular flights every Wednesday and Saturday.
Danang is the third largest city in central Vietnam. Shanxi tourists to Danang used to transfer in the city of Shenzheng or Guangzhou in China, which took about five hours to the final destination. The new flight saves them two hours now.
