The 2017 Shanxi Tourism Development Conference opened in Jinzhong city, Shanxi province on Sept 21, involving a total of over 600 participants.
Lou Yangsheng, the governor of Shanxi, told the conference that Shanxi will focus on the development of three new tour brands, namely, tours of the Yellow River, the Shanxi-section of the Great Wall, and Taihang Mountains.
