Farmers in Moshandi village in Yuanqu county, Shanxi province, harvest sweet potatoes on Oct 30. The village, which is famous for its sweet potatoes, grows the crop in an area covering some 26 hectares, with 100 tons of noodles being made from the potatoes each year.
