These sculptures, 10 to 28 cm tall, with stands 21 - 28 cm long and 42 - 43 cm wide, were unearthed in the village of Macun. There is a set of 24, each similar in design, with 24 stories representing different forms of filial piety. They were quite common in the Jin and Yuan dynasties and are vivid, lifelike rare art treasures.
