Pingyao county, 90 kilometers southwest of Taiyuan Wusu International Airport, has recently opened a new satellite terminal which allows passengers to check in for their flights and take a bus the rest of the way to the airport.
Passengers are able to access a full range of services at the satellite terminal, including ticket booking and flight enquiries.
The building, constructed by Taiyuan International Airport Co and Yangquan Lulutong Travelling Transport Co is the second satellite terminal to have been built outside the main Taiyuan airport site, following the one in Yangquan city.
