Farmers check gualou (Trichosanthes kirilowii) vegetables, which can be used as an ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine in Jishan county, Shanxi province, Nov 26. Jishan county has been assisting farmers with planting techniques and agricultural materials, as well as guaranteeing their sales by promoting partnerships between farmers and planting cooperatives.
