With the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing on the horizon, winter sports are attracting more and more attention.
Recently, Shanxi University transformed its Lingde Lake into a skating rink and opened it up for free, encouraging the whole university take part in winter sports.
According to officials from the Institute of Physical Education, skating and swimming are expected to develop into the prominent sports of Shanxi University in the future.
