A snapshot of the crowded recruitment fair.

Job-hungry graduates attended a two-way selection recruitment fair at Shanxi University on April 9, hoping to secure a place with one of the 150 businesses exhibiting on the day.

The job-seekers, 2016 graduates from Shanxi and elsewhere, got the opportunity to meet face-to-face with prospective employers, exchange ideas and deliver their resumes.

Jobs on offer at the fair included those in computer science, the chemical industry, economics and marketing.

Officials from both Shanxi University and the provincial office of education were on hand to help with exchanges.

Many firms at the fair expressed how pleased they were at the quality of applicants from Shanxi University, with their effective communication skills and quick minds.
