Law expert gives a speech in Shanxi University

Colin Mackie, a doctor of judicial science from the University of Aberdeen visited Shanxi University to give an academic lecture to law students on April 14.

Colin Mackie studied law in University of Manchester, and specializes in corporation, business and environment law.

As a deputy director in charge of postgraduate recruitment and course management, he has a great deal of experience in teaching law to undergraduates and graduates students.

Mackie gave a speech to 200 students entitled “Environment Responsibilities and Polluter- Pays Principle” in which he explained the “Polluter- Pays Principle” of the Environment Law in details.

Then he briefly introduced the related contents concerned with the law discipline building and research. At last, he conducted a friendly exchange with the audience and answered questions raised by them.
