Indian university delegation visits Shanxi University

A delegation from the Indian Central University of Jharkhand, headed by its vice president Nand Kumar Yadav, paid a visit to Shanxi University on June 25.
Shanxi University's president Jia Suotang and leaders from multiple school departments attended a welcoming ceremony.
At the ceremony, vice president Nand Kumar Yadav spoke about the Indian Central University of Jharkhand. Both sides discussed the possibilities to jointly running a school and exchanged ideas on cooperation.

Established in 2009, the Indian Central University of Jharkhand is a comprehensive university comprising nine major colleges and 21 research centers.
The state of Jharkhand in India is one of world's 41 major coal-producing areas and serves as an important district along the route of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Not only can the communications between Shanxi University and Indian Central University of Jharkhand boost international exchanges for the schools, but also it can push for the bilateral friendship between Shanxi province and state of Jharkhand.
