Italian research institutes visit Shanxi University

Italian Chemical Society academician, Elio Santacesaria, and Palermo University’s Professor Eugenio Caponetti, made a tour to Shanxi University for academic exchanges on Sept 6.
The pair gave lectures in their respective fields of chemistry and cultural heritage.
Professor Eugenio Caponetti presented his group’s research focuses on the restoration of cultural relics using high-end technologies especially nanotechnology.
The academic visit was a great opportunity for teachers and students at the college to learn more about chemistry and nanomaterials from experts in the fields.
