Shanxi University President Jia Suotang gives a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the conference. During his speech, Jia first welcomed the occurrence of the event and thanked all attendees for coming. He then briefed histories and features of the school’s disciplines covering mathematics, physics and computers. Eleven guest speakers delivered reports at the event, including domestic and foreign academics and senior engineers from research institutes and universities at home and abroad such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Communication University of China, Beijing Normal University Imaging Center for Brain Research, Wuhan University and Tencent WeChat data center.
