Han Zhiqiang, head of the Advertising Department of the School of Journalism at Shanxi University, receives an award for being one of the most outstanding advertisers in China during an awards ceremony held in Beijing on Sept 2. Led by China Advertising Association, the awards have been recognized as the “Oscars” for the advertising sector since being initiated in 2003.
