Shanxi University enrolled in Midwest high education program

In recent days, China’s Ministry of Education convened a symposium in Beijing with the purpose of supporting and promoting high education in Midwest areas. Shanxi University was enrolled in the national program.
A total of 14 universities have been listed including Hebei University, Inner Mongolia University, Zhengzhou University, Yunnan University and Guangxi University. These universities are not directly charged by China’s Ministry of Education.
The symposium aimed to emphasize the importance of developing high education in Midwest China, especially those in underdeveloped regions.
