Li Xinchun, deputy secretary of Taiyuan municipal Party committee, inspected Shanxi University (SXU) on Aug 30 to supervise the establishment of national civilized campus.

Officials from provincial education bureau, municipal publicity department and civilization office also participated in the inspection work.

Li Fuming, secretary of SXU commission for discipline inspection, introduced the progresses being made in the building of national civilized city in the campus.

Li Xinchun learned about the volunteer service activities of the students and the development of the students' mental health education. He emphasized that Taiyuan is a provincial capital, and the establishment of a national civilized city is of great importance. As a university, we must strive to showcase our well-equipped accomodation and educational environment on campus, contributing to the creation of a national civilized city in Taiyuan.
