A charity program named "A Piece of Paper, Donate Your Love" was launched by China Charity Federation, Shanxi Charity Federation and related provincial governments at Shanxi University, on Nov 9.

The program aims to collect donations in order to treat children with congenital heart disease from poor families, and establish an emergency relief fund.

After the launch ceremony, experts from Yunnan Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital will screen children in Linfen and Jincheng cities for congenital heart disease and provide free treatment to patients in financial difficulties.
