In order to further improve document resources for colleges and universities in Shanxi province, the National Science and Technology Library (NSTL), Shanxi Provincial Higher Education Library and Information Work Committee held a training meeting and signing ceremony for the introduction of digital NSTL science and technology resources to Shanxi at Shanxi University on June 13.

Around 90 people, including the curators of 32 university libraries throughout the province, attended the event, at which a cooperation agreement for the introduction of digital scientific and technological resources in Shanxi was signed between NSTL, the Shanxi Provincial Higher Education Library, and the Information Work Committee.

Hang Kan, vice-president of Shanxi University, thanked NSTL for offering digital resources and stressed the important position of libraries in the development of schools.

Peng Yiqi, director of NSTL, praised the rapid development of Shanxi University in recent years. He said he hopes to use NSTL to provide those interested in scientific research with more convenient, accurate, intelligent, and open services and products and further support the development of teaching, research, and society in China.

NSTL is a non-profit scientific and technological document service platform that offers high-quality academic resources published by professional societies and associations. It offers scientific and technological document resources for researchers in Shanxi.
