Gao Ensi, a postgraduate majoring in administrative management at the School of Political Science and Public Management of Shanxi University, won the first place at a provincial-level speech contest in the theme “Youth Strengthen” on Sept 9.

The contest attracted the participation of 12 teachers and students from 12 universities of Shanxi province.

Gao Ensi, as the prize winner of the contest, will represent Shanxi province at a national-level competition of its kind.
