A Second Letter to Foreign Students of Shanxi University
Updated : 2020-03-23
Dear all students,
Wish you all the best!
At present, the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) epidemic has spread to more than 100 countries and regions, which has the characteristics of a global pandemic. In recent days, many imported cases have occurred in some cities of China, and residents in the city are at serious health risk. The risks involved in long-distance travel are enormous. It can put the traveler and others at serious health risk, and also raise a high risk of spreading the virus. Based on China's epidemic prevention and control experience, staying home and not travelling is the safest and most effective way to prevent infection and avoid risks.
In order to ensure everyone's health and safety, we once again put forward the following requirements to all students:
1.Students please do not return to the university or to China before receiving the notice of school reopening. Students who return to China without permission will be disciplined according to the rules of the university.
2.All students should strictly abide by the requirements of local epidemic prevention and control, take effective personal precautions, and actively cooperate in making information declaration. If there should be any special situation such as an epidemic, please inform your teacher immediately.
3.During the epidemic, please keep in touch with the teachers every day. Please reply the messages, emails, notifications sent by your teachers in time. Please report any unusual situation to the teachers without delay.
Wish all you students can actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention work of the country as well as that of SXU. We believe that with the concerted efforts of all of us, we will be able to overcome the epidemic as soon as possible.
No matter where you are, we want you to take good care of yourself.
Thank you again for your understanding and support!
