The 2021 undergraduate and postgraduate freshmen of Shanxi University enrolled at the university on Sept 12 and 13.

The Wucheng, Dadongguan, and Dongshan campuses received more than 6,100 undergraduate freshmen and 3,782 postgraduate freshmen, including 279 doctoral postgraduates and 3,503 postgraduates.

Staff members from relevant departments and colleges and around 2,000 student volunteers provided registration services and assistance to freshmen to ensure them a smooth introduction to campus life.

School leaders visited the freshmen dormitories, university canteens, and other places to greet the freshmen and service employees and express their sincere gratitude to staff members for their hard work.
