Xixia gets a model science education base

The Xixia government launched an opening ceremony for a model base of science education of Chinese Agricultural Engineering Academy in Muzai village, Nanyang in Henan province.

The establishment of the model base serves as a milestone for Xixia's agriculture, providing technological support for the county's eco-friendly agricultural development.

What paved a way for the establishment of the model base is an eco-friendly fertilizer production base that Xixia established years ago, which focuses on utilizing waste resources for the production of high-value low-carbon fertilizers for nurturing agricultural products.

With common efforts by related departments, the production base has developed into a national-level experiment base and an innovative agricultural platform, leading the forefront of the local energy-based industry.

The base is ideal for science education, technological training and tourism, as well as for the popularization of methane-fermented chemical fertilizers.
