Ma Shizhong

Ma was born in April 1962, in Weifang, Shandong province. He studied environmental science at Ocean University of China. He has a doctorate degree in engineering. Ma joined the workforce in July 1981 and the Communist Party of China in June 1985. He was a deputy to the 12th National People’s Congress, and is now a member of the Supreme People’s Court Leading Party Members Group and deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
