Brief introduction to the project: The project covers an area of 13.33 hectares. It will be constructed into an integrated resort based on tourism, leisure, catering, and living. According to different functions, it mainly builds a multi-functional building, two business apartment styled assembly halls, 20 sets of folk catering leisure houses and a water park. Construction conditions of the project: Xiazhang Town of Daiyue District has an ecological friendly environment with fresh air. Xiazhang Town which belongs to Dawenkou culture sites, has a beautiful natural scenery and rich human landscape. At present, the place has built a modern zone which integrates industrial enterprises, sightseeing agriculture, ecological tourism, leisure and holiday together. There are five-star Xidu Dynasty Cultural Park, Juxian Village, Shenzhou Tourism Resort, and other reception centers, which have made up the famous Taishan West Royal Road. All the above advantages provide favourable conditions for the project.
