Brief introduction to the project: This project is a part of the key program, Dawen River Development, and it consists of two stages. In the first stage, the program invests the total capital of 240 million yuan and uses an area of 23.33 hectares to construct the front square of Yuwang Temple, Memorial Hallof Yuwang Ancient Town, Wen River Entertainment Area, entrance park of Jiwen Road, overline bridge and other infrastructures. The second stage invests 320 million yuan to build villas, catering and entertainment area, tourism, sightseeing and agricultural area, interior forest maze, romantic garden, ecological manor, rural tourism and fishing area, golf water court and beach court.

Construction conditions of the project: The project has application report and Ningyang Yuwang Ancient Town Scenic Spot detail planning made by famous organization, which have passed program appraisal already, and furthermore, professions have been invited from Tongji University and Qufu Ancient Architecture Design Institute to make construction detail planning. The project has been approved by Ningyang Tourism Bureau that it come up to Ningyang County tourism and development planning and has received the approval of the above mentioned Ningyang Yuwang Ancient Town Scenic Spot detail planning. All the other procedures have been done step by step, like land management and environmental assessment.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the takings of 100 million yuan, and profit and tax of 15 million yuan annually as well.
