Introduction: The project covers an area of 200 hectares and 3.5 million square meters of construction area. The main constructions set star hotels, shopping centers, convention centers, business offices and upscale communities as one organic whole of the major business and accumulation areas. The project is divided into the Xiaojing residential complex, Feng Jiazhuang residential complex, Shengzhuang business groups and other sections.

Construction conditions: The project is located in the east Dongyue Street where are densely populated. It nears the scenic spots, such as Taishan Fantawild Adventure, Taishan Colorful Days Scenic Area and Apotheosis Ceremony of Taishan Mountain. The project is supported by Taishan district.

Economic benefits analysis: After the project goes into operation, it could raise sales income of 10 billion yuan, and profits and taxes of 1.2 billion yuan.
