V. Brief introduction: This project plans to build steel structure plant workshop and open-air cross, and newly increase production building area of 30,120 square meters as well. It will purchase all kinds of advanced production equipment and other auxiliary equipment of 26 sets, and form a production capacity of producing 150sets/annual vertical pressure filter.

VI. Construction conditions: This project has mature technology and rich human resources. The land and plan needed by the project have already been carried out, and listed into “2011 Key Construction Projects of Tai’an City”.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales income of 300 million yuan, and profit and tax of 66 million yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Coal Machinery Equipment Group was established in January 2007. It’s a solely state-owned enterprise with the registered capital of 350 million yuan. The company covers an area of 26.7 hectares with a building area of 100,000 square meters. As of 2012, the total assets of the company reached 840 million yuan with more than 2,500 employees. It has a provincial-level technology center and a city-level technology center with strong ability of technical research and development. The company mainly researches, develops and manufactures eight series products including solid-liquid separation equipment and mineral washing equipment. The company realized the sales income of 800 million yuan and profit tax of 60 million yuan in 2011.
