1. Project Introduction

Sino-Korea Artistic Town is located at the foot of Mount Tai, with a beautiful scenery of China, combination of Korean fashion as well as various cultural elements. It is to form a base for artistic creation, training, work and creative stores, catering leisure.

2. Project Content and the Scale of Construction

With a planned area of 0.5 square kilometers, an art center will be designated as the focus with other facilities built around, including workshops of artists, art training centers, bars, restaurants and creative shops.

It will also bring in Sino-Korea art training institutions, modern art studios, all kinds of creative art shops, creative home shops, boutiques, art ideas bars, cafes, restaurants, and other related supporting facilities.

Tai'an boasts a large scale of tourists number, which provides strong supporting for this project; as an important communication area between China and Korea, Tai'an leads a trend of culture integration; the culture of Mount Tai is profound and historical, which gives culture integration between China and Korea a good opportunity to become diversified; China and Korea shared the same culture root, which helps culture communications between two countries easily reach an agreement.

As the first comprehensive art theme experience tourist area in Tai'an, promising prospects of market can be found in this project. In 2014, the number of South Korean visitors attracted to Mount Tai surpassed 100,000 persons, keeping more than 10 percent of high-speed growth in consecutive three years, South Korea tourist market is the largest overseas tourist market of Mount Tai.

Cultural communication between China and South Korea involve more than 10 million people every year, the Chinese Culture Center in Seoul is China's sixth oversea culture exhibition center. At the same time, South Korea has more than 10 million mountaineering enthusiasts, which creates a new market demand.
