Tai'an top official meets HK business delegation
Cui Honggang, Party secretary of Tai'an met with a business delegation led by Wang Dianjie, president of Hong Kong Shandong General Chamber of Commerce on Jan 11 in Tai'an city, Shandong province.
Cui extended his warm welcome to the delegation and briefed the visitors on the economic and social developments in Tai'an.
He said that Tai'an, endowed with abundant natural resources, enjoys an excellent ecological environment.
Boasting a superior geographic location and convenient transportation, the city has an integrated science and technology education and research system, fostering the development of innovative ideas.
Moreover, Tai'an has a solid foundation and distinct advantages in industry, which generates favorable growth momentum for local economic development.
Cui also expressed his hope that the delegation could gain deeper understanding of Tai'an through this visit and create opportunities to promote bilateral cooperation and realize mutual benefits.
Wang expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and gracious hospitality. He said that the delegation has approached related parties involving in projects in the fields of financial services and intelligent manufacturing and reached initial intent of cooperation.
Wang also expressed his willingness to work with Tai'an in the future to conduct practical cooperation in various fields so as to achieve more win-win results.
