Panshan Mountain

Panshan Mountain is a 5A level national scenic area that combines natural mountain and river scenes and cultural relics. There are 72 temples and 13 Linglong Towers as well as Jingji Villa and a royal park . It had been listed along with Mount Tai, West Lake, and The Imperial Palace as one of the 15 most famous resorts in China in the first year of the Republic of China. Persimmon, walnut, and chestnut are the three most famous and popular local products.

Huangyaguan Great Wall

Tianjin Huangyaguan Great Wall is a World Cultural Heritage, national 4A level resort and a national cultural relics protection unit. It is among the top ten Tianjin attractions. Thi section of the Great Wall was built in the Ming Dynasty. Tt was a comprehensive military defense construction built in the year 556. The nation’s first Great Wall museum and a modern Great Wall stone tablets forest are located here.

Baxianshan National Nature Reserve
Baxianshan National Nature Reserve is a 3A level natural resort occupying an area of 53.6 square kilometers. Its forest coverage has reached 95 percent. The reserve contains 19 peaks over 900 meters. Juxian Peak, the main peak at the reserve is 1052 meters high above sea level. Thousand of tropical, subtropical, warm temperate, temperate, and frigid zone plants as well as hundreds of wild animals thrive in the area.

Jiulongshan National Forest Park
Once a royal park during the Qing Dynasty, Jiulongshan National Forest Park is now a national 3A level resort with an area of 2,126 hectares. Visitors can find warm temperate zone’s deciduous broad-leaf, needle-leaf mixed forest typical in the north of China. They can also walk into a rare Platycladus orientalis forest in the north of China and a 5,000-hectare artificial pine forest. It is thus called a natural oxygen source. The park contains 147 peaks. The main peak Limutai is 997 meters high with a great number of caves. Longquan Cave is 520 meters deep.

Dule Temple
Dule Temple is one the first national key cultural protection units. First built in the Tang Dynasty, the temple was reconstructed in 984. Now it is one of the three temples of the Liao Dynasty in China. The main architecture Guanyin Pavilion is 23 meters high. It is now the oldest wood-structured high-level pavilion. In addition, since the temple has been reconstructed, the pavilion has survived 28 earthquakes, which, in the history of architecture, is considered a miracle. The Guanyin Statue in the pavilion is now one of the largest ancient clay statues in China. 300 meters south to Dule Temple, the white tower belongs to the same architecture cluster of Dule Temple and has a thousand-year history. It represents the integration of Indian Buddhism and Chinese traditional architecture and culture.
