The 2012 Overseas Chinese Conference for Innovative Cooperation in Science and Technology in Tianjin provides a large space for overseas Chinese business people and professionals to communicate with mid-sized and small science and technology companies in the Binhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Area.

Its goal is to attract high-tech projects backed by intellectual property rights, encourage overseas Chinese professionals to start a business here, and get overseas Chinese high-tech businesses to cooperate with Tianjin companies. More than 200 overseas Chinese business people have been invited.
