Foreigners gathered for Taiji competition

Wudang Mountains in central China’s Hubei province recently welcomed more than 1,200 athletes from 28 countries and regions to compete at the fifth International Tai Chi Tournament that kicked off on October 9.

They offered a visual feast during the 7-day event by performing traditional Chinese taiji boxing in individual, pair and team events.

This year’s tournament was organized according to international martial arts competition standards.
