Wudang Mountain online wins outstanding website award

China's Tourism Electronic Commerce Conference opened in Zhenjiang city, Jiangsu province, on Dec 13. At the conference, the official web portal of Wudang Mountain (www.wudangshan.gov.cn) won the title of "China's Outstanding Tourism Destination Website".

Attendees included representatives from more than 30 places, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei and Shanghai. Over 50 media outlets and tourism websites took part in the conference, including Tencent, Qunar, Lotour, 17U, Tuniu and CNCN.

At the conference, awards for the "2012 Outstanding Tourist Destination Website", "2012 Excellent Tourist Scenic Website", "2012 Outstanding Wisdom Tourism Service Providers", and "2012 Excellent Tourism Network Marketing Platform" were presented. Over 20 famous travel experts, travel website CEOs, and tourism enterprise principals gave speeches.
