Wudang prepares world-class show for National Day

A large-scale kung fu show called "Fantasy Wudang" will be held at Wudang Mountains, in Central China’s Hubei province, from Oct 1 to 7, in celebration of China's National Day, wudangshan.gov.cn reported.
The kung fu show was created by Chen Weiya, assistant director for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, and Zhao Jiping, chairman of the Chinese Musicians Association.
The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy the performances of about ten kung fu champions from around the world as well as several toptaijiquan masters.
The show, which also features acrobatics, will be performed every evening at 8 pm at the Tai Chi Theater.
The theater is located in the Tai Chi Lake Tourist Area, and has a capacity of 966 seats, including 66 for VIPs. Tickets cost from 300 yuan ($49.02) to 900 yuan ($147.06).
