Kaohsiung delegation visits Wudang

A delegation of 36 people from Qiaotou district in Kaohsiung city, Taiwan, visited Wudang Mountains in Shiyan city, Hubei province on Dec 17 and 18, wudangshan.gov.cn reported.

The delegation, led by Fang Xinyuan, member of the Central Committee of Kuomintang, and received by officials of Shiyan city and the Wudang Mountians scenic area, visited the Cross-Straits Exchange Base, Wudang Mountains Tourism and Economy Special Region, Wudang Mountains Planning Museum and scenic spots including Zixiao Palace and Yuxu Palace.

The Kaohsiung guests showed great interest in the history and culture of Wudang Mountains, and also expressed their optimism about its development plan aimed at achieving recognition as a world-famous tourist destination.
