Party members visited Shiyan’s agricultural products processing park and the Danjiangkou Reservoir and researched the promotion of Shiyan brands, the ongoing construction of parks, and water protection in the reservoir area.
Zhu said Shiyan ought to take full advantage of its rich ecology, explore environmentally friendly agricultural practices, strengthen its role as a leader in enterprise, make Wudang’s treasures and Taoism tea nationally famous, and accelerate the commercialization of its agriculture.
He hopes that Shiyan will learn from its experience developing an agricultural brand, tap both its economic and cultural potential, and push it towards a global market.
