Wudang Mountains to welcome photography events

An awards ceremony for the Tai Chi Lake Cup 2013 China Wudang International Photography Competition will be held on Nov 28 at the Tai Chi Theater in the Wudang Mountains, Hubei province, along with an opening ceremony for the 25th National Photographic Art Exhibition.
The award ceremony will offer bonuses to five first-place, 10 second-place and 20 third-place winners, as well as 165 honorable mentions. Afterwards, an unveiling ceremony for the Wudang China Photography Exhibition Center will be held, and an art performance will be staged.
On Nov 29, the 25th National Photographic Art Exhibition, China's largest photography event, is set to kick off at Wudang's Geological Museum. Sponsored by the China Photographers Association, the exhibition has displayed more than 10,000 artworks since its initiation in 1957 and has become the most popular platform for domestic photographers to exhibit their photos and enhance communication.
