A launching ceremony of the 25th China Photography Exhibition and an awards ceremony of the 2013 Wudang (China) International Photography Competition were held on Nov 27 in the Wudang Mountains, Hubei province.

Photography experts and special guests – including Song Jvpu, deputy political commissar of the general staff; Gao Qin, deputy secretary general of the China Photographers Association; and Zhou Meisheng, a famous photographer – attended the ceremony. They went to shoot the snow scenery of the Wudang Mountains on Nov 28.

"The Wudang Mountains' beautiful and magnificent scenery impressed me a lot and gave me a lot of inspiration," said one photographer. "I want to thank the organizers for giving us the opportunity to shoot the Wudang Mountains."
The Taoist culture of the Wudang Mountains is extensive and rich, and Wudang kung fu is profound. The experts are expected to record Wudang through their lenses.
