Wudang restores ancient bridge from Ming Dynasty

To protect the cultural relic and bring convenience to residents, the Wudang Mountains in Shiyan, Hubei province, finished restoration of an ancient bridge, Xiandu Bridge, on Dec 3, with an investment of over 40,000 yuan ($6,511).
Xiandu Bridge, built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), has a history of over 600 years. Its 23-meter bridge floor was damaged by flooding in 1935.
