Twenty programs, involving small investments and low technology in accommodation, catering and community services, aim to help the unemployed. Sixteen programs in electronic business, education, and computing services are suitable for university graduates. And 39 programs in economic cultivation, featured aquaculture, wholesale and retail, and processing aim to provide opportunities for rural surplus laborers to start businesses.
"The first rose" is a potting program with physical and virtual stores. Sending flowers is increasingly popular nowadays, and the program, targeting community residents, is profitable, according to its manager.
