The Karamay Women's Federation launched an activity to select model families in the city.

The activities aim to advocate harmony between couples, respect for the elderly and a friendly neighborhood.

Hou Hanmin, deputy director of the Karamay Women's Federation, said that all families in Karamay can join the selection activity. The Karamay Women's Federation will honor 100 model families and model mothers to coincide with International Day of Families on May 15.
