"The many petroleum and petrochemical cities can offer internships to our students. On the other hand, we plan to invite technical experts to lecture on campus," said president Zhang.
"Karamay is a petroleum and petrochemical city. We can take advantage of this to make breakthroughs in engineering education," said Zhang. The Karamay campus is expected to serve as a talent pool for Xinjiang petroleum companies.
Some people may not know a lot about Karamay. Actually, Xinjiang enjoys good development momentum, and the Karamay campus is poised to attract more students from both home and abroad.
"We will launch some favorable policies to attract excellent teachers. We will also recruit teachers from around the globe," said Zhang.
