The tax bureau of the Urumqi State High-tech Zone assisted Xinjiang Xinlao Labor Dispatching Co in paying online value added tax (VAT) of about 13,760 yuan ($2,091) on June 1, which symbolized the beginning of the 'replacing business tax with VAT' pilot reform in the zone.

To guarantee a smooth work in the zone, the tax bureau has sent personnel to tutor enterprise door to door, formulated thorough plans, and increased staffers and supervision.
In May, it has prepared well in policy counseling, technical support, order maintenance, and emergency response.
The tax paying period will be finished on June 27.
