Procedure:

Coming to an agreement with the investment promotion bureau--> Filling out the preliminary review form-->Preliminary approval of the company name at the administration of industry and commerce --> Examination and approval by the administrative committee of the Kunming Hi-Tech Development Zone-->Signing and issuing official document for the approval of the company’s establishment--> Going through the related procedures in such administration as that of industry and commerce.

Materials required:

1. Application form;

2. Project preliminary review form;

3. Preliminary approval notification (or a copy version) of the company name;

4. Rules of the company;

5. Copies of identity certificates of the company’s shareholders (business licenses or ID cards);

6. Project proposals and other materials required.

The approval result of the preliminary review will be made public within two days after all the materials required are handed over to the administrative committee.
