A teenage club encouraging interest in culture and the arts has opened in Hecheng Guoji Qianqi Art Center, Kunming National Hi-Tech Industries Development Zone.

The club offers a comprehensive group of activities, covering academic learning skills, recreational and sports activities and interpersonal relationship training. The center also helps teenagers build social clubs, attracting and integrating social funds and constructs activity centers and infrastructure for teenagers.

Qianqi Art Center has a rich cultural background, meeting teenagers' demands for culture and arts, and with a central location links the neighborhood together. The zone has meanwhile set up a committee covering more than 50 youth league organizations, providing more targeted programs for teenagers with different interests and hobbies.
