Wang Minzheng, director of the administrative committee of the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone, met Chairman Wang Qiang of INESA Holding Group on Aug 11 to discuss mutual cooperation.

INESA is a State-owned assets management company that is approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It has made great contributions to the electronic instruments industry in China.

Wang Qiang explained the organization structure, economic operations and development direction to Wang Minzheng. He said that INESA is now accelerating its transformation from traditional electronics manufacturer to an IOT (Internet of Things) solution provider during the process of developing the next generation of Information Technology. Focusing on the research and development of IOT (smart security, smart lighting, food traceability, intelligent electronics, smart home, and smart transportation) and Cloud computing, INESA provides customers with system solutions as well as products and services of networking, energy-saving and environmental protection.

Wang Qiang said that Shanghai is now focusing on the industrial restructuring of State-owned companies. In this trend, INESA is planning to strengthen cooperation with well-developed high-tech industrial parks and zones to boost the development of the tertiary industry. The visit in Kunming Hi-Tech Zone convinced him of a bright future for INESA. He looked forward to cooperation between INESA and the zone.

Wang Minzheng warmly welcomed Wang Qiang's coming and outlined the zone's development in recent years. He said that Yunnan, thanks to its rich natural resources and unique geographical advantages, has been developing rapidly in recent years. Yet compared with Shanghai, Yunnan has a long way to go. INESA is mastering advanced electronic technologies. The cooperation between the two will promote the development of both sides. Wang Minzheng promised that if INESA plans to settle here and expand its business, the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone will make the best investment environment and provide INESA with superior services to advance win-win cooperation on both sides.
