To better serve the enterprises in the Zone and meet the self-enhancement needs of entrepreneurs, the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone invited Zhang Ling, a career development facilitator, to a salon themed “Who Will I Be Tomorrow” on Sept 21. More than 20 youth joined the activity.

Zhang tailored schedules for each attendee according to their working habits and company operations, which effectively helped the youth better design their companies and learn about themselves. Zhang pointed out that a reasonable plan is very helpful since it brings efficient consumption of resources and time.

After the salon, the entrepreneurs said that they enjoyed the activity and gained a better understanding about themselves, based on which they could make good plans in work, family, social life and spirituality. They also said they really look forward to more themed salons held in the Zone.
