Wang Minzheng, director of the administrative committee of the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone, inspected the works of the government affairs service center in the Zone in the morning of Oct 15.

Wang went to each service window to ask the staff about the settlement of investment projects, together with the process and quantity of administrative examination and approval works required, and its working efficiency. In addition, Wang communicated with a member of Kunming Tiange New Energy Technology Co who was just dealing with approval affairs at a service window, asking him about the current situation of the enterprise and for his opinions on the investment environment in the Zone.

The director of the government affairs service center outlined the recent works to the inspecting delegation. Wang spoke highly of the newly-launched star-rating system, saying that it would greatly improve the service quality if well implemented. He suggested that the service center regularly reports the star-rating results to the administrative committee to strengthen the standardized administration. Also, he required the service center to be keenly aware of the needs of enterprises and enrich their service content in time, thus better serving the enterprises in the Zone.

Lu Xu, vice-director of the general management department of the Zone was also present during the inspection.
